The Challenge

Last-mile delivery operations faced disorganized routing, delayed drop-offs, and unreliable proof-of-delivery methods. This manual tracking created inefficiencies for drivers and left the supplier system without real-time confirmation of completed orders.

The Solution

As part of the team, I contributed to GrowDrive, a mobile app dedicated to streamlining freight distribution. The app allows drivers to easily select customers, review products, and check delivery status using intuitive swipeable cards. My focus was on ensuring a seamless experience for uploading delivery evidence and completing orders, directly synchronizing real-time data with the main platform.
