The Challenge

The client struggled with fragmented communication workflows, relying on disjointed third-party applications for text and video. This setup caused friction in user adoption, raised data privacy concerns, and resulted in poor performance due to high latency during real-time interactions.

Operating as an independent developer, I designed and built Vortix Connect from the ground up to meet the client's specific requirements. I engineered a unified architecture that seamlessly integrates real-time text messaging with high-definition video capabilities.
